It was another come-from-behind win on the west coast in difficult conditions, with the Owls showing the sort of grit and ticker Darren Moore has spoken about his side having developed throughout the season.
Goals from the returning George Byers and from Marvin Johnson stuck the points on the tally, with Johnson’s late winner a finish of real quality.
But how did we rate the performances of individuals? Step this way for all the numbers..

5. Reece James - 6
Did pretty well in the face of a tricky customer in Mendes Gomes and showed his quality on the ball in setting up a chance for Smith in the first half. Pass completion had plenty to be desired. Photo: Paul Terry

6. Alex Mighten - 5
It's not his game, but he looked a little naive in defence to begin with and it was down his flank Fleetwood's opener started all too easily. Clawed back plenty of credit defensively as the game went on, particularly with a vital intervention on 21 minutes, a couple of minutes after he could have scored but for a good Lynch save. Largely ineffective going forward it has to be said. Photo: Steve Ellis

7. George Byers - 7
Expertly directed Johnson's fluffed shot in the right place to mark his return to the side with a goal. Dropped deep when required and pushed the ball around nicely to remind Wednesday fans - as if it were needed - how much he's been missed having not played since October. Launched into a couple of spicy tackles, too. Photo: Steve Ellis

8. Tyreeq Bakinson - 5
Shot over from distance on 12 minutes. Used the ball OK in moments, then produced some really poor touches. Angrily hooked after one sluggish attack in particular on the hour. Photo: Steve Ellis
