Rhian Brewster’s close range finish and Andrew Ayew’s penalty condemned Wednesday to a second consecutive defeat. Atdhe Nuhiu came off the bench to score a header in injury-time but it came too late for the visitors to rescue a point. Here’s how Owls fans reacted to the loss…

@OneSwfc: “I hope this game serves as a reminder to anyone who’s ever criticised Kieran Lee just how important he is to our game management.”

@darylslinn: “Normal service has been resumed.”

@Clark45Dan: “Can’t keep losing like this, when we dominate a game we need to take our chances not create about 10 and score 1 . Swansea had two chances all game and scored both just a repeat performance of West Brom on Wednesday night where we dominated and didn’t take our chances.”

@Matt_Brown1405: “Absolutely useless. Been no passion all season. Why do I even bother watching these games. Same old result every week. System doesn't work, not got the players for it. Need something new and better for next year otherwise we're gonna end up in League 2 before thinking of Prem.”

@abhldent: “We were playing against a team with BOTH of their central defenders not playing through injury! We are appalling!”

@taffaroo97: “3 pts there for taking today we need to take our chances should have been winning 2-0 at half time game over then.”

@RileyNe47266512: “We just needed to take our chances, don’t know why the fans are always blaming monks for the players’ poor finishing.”

@G_Ken5: “Need to score when on top, and cut out the errors at the back. If we had put any of those three clear cut chances away first half would have been different game.”

@Lasty1Richard: “Relegation awaits us.”

@OldfieldTomas: “If only we could finish easy chances...”

@ChrisAsh1975: “Bloody painful at the mo. Swansea weren't even in it in the first half. Played some good stuff IMO but need that end product.”
