Sheffield Wednesday chairman Dejphon Chansiri has insisted that all future plans for the club have been put on the back-burner as the club puts all its focus on Saturday's Play-Off Final.
Wednesday have sold out their allocation of over 38,000 seats as the Wembley date with Hull City became the hottest ticket in town and the hype has extended from the streets to the boardroom.
Chansiri, who in a statement on swfc.co.uk thanked fans for their support in quickly snapping up tickets for the decider, recognised that his club's impressive campaign has meant players are beginning to be linked with moves to Hillsborough next season, but no-one is looking that far ahead.
"The focus on everyone at the club, at the training ground and the stadium, is 100% on the final," he said. "As Carlos (Carvalhal) has said time and again, the only focus can be on the next game. We have not looked beyond Saturday and will not so until the final whistle.
"Of course, there has been media speculation regarding transfers and the like for next season but I can assure our supporters that not a single technical meeting has taken place on that subject. All that matters right now is Saturday….everything else must wait."
And the Thai businessman added that what he is looking forward to most of all in his trip to the capital is experiencing the kind of atmosphere that saw his own stadium rocking in recent wins over Cardiff City - which sealed a play-off place - and the semi-final home leg with Brighton.
He added: “Saturday will be a fantastic occasion for everyone associated with our club and one of the things I am so looking forward to is the sea of blue and white at Wembley.”
