The 27-year-old has been a divisive figure on the Wednesday terraces for much of his time at the club since he became Jos Luhukay’s first Owls signing in January 2018.
The positive-minded midfielder will no doubt be desperate to repay the faith shown in him by Owls boss Garry Monk.
