Good work from BPF on the stroke of half time

He punches two dangerous deliveries clear while under pressure from Lincoln’s attackers and before making a decent stop low down to his left just before the HT whistle.

Third key save of the half from him. Lincoln have reacted well after being pegged back. Feels like HT will suit the Owls more than the home side.

He dances past one, then another, and gets a shot off before anyone can react, but it’s just wide of the post.

Marvellous Marvin, take a bow. He starts in his own half, beating two players before carrying on, beating a few more until he delivers one into Berahino from the left-hand side.

Great finish from the striker to convert the cross but full credit to Johnson for the assist. He made that goal himself from nothing.

Owls almost get lucky

Bannan tries one from outside the box, which hits Berahino on the back and flies just over.

Paterson gets away with one...big time

The Scot is barged into by McGrandles, the Lincoln captain, before kicking out at him. Both players square up before being separated and are shown a yellow card apiece.

Also a few fans being removed from a home stand nearest to the travelling fans. Stewards and police positioned between the home and away end appear very busy.

A word on the home side

Lincoln do not look like a team that’s lost three in a row one bit. They are causing all sorts of problems for Wednesday going forward.

No shortage of effort from the Owls, they are just being outplayed so far.

Wednesday trying to get going

The surface here is expansive and in good condition, and the Owls are trying to play whenever they get the ball.

There’s been some nice passages of play from them here and there but no real chance of note yet.
