Sheffield Wednesday go into the second half of the season on the up after a good run of form over Christmas and into the new year.
The Owls have been linked with a move for Fulham's Neeskens Kebano as they look to strengthen for the second half of the season, but how much is their squad worth in the current market? Here's a breakdown of each player's valuation according to Transfermarkt.com and our opinions on those figures.
Transfermarkt value: 750k. Arguably a huge undervaluation of the Owls 'keeper, who is one of the best in the Championship and worth at least 3 million.
Transfermarkt value: 250k. Wildsmith has only played twice for the first team this season but would be an investment for the future, so would surely fetch a higher fee.
Transfermarkt fee: 100k. After his standout performances this season there's no way Dawson is worth anything less than a six-figure sum.
Transfermarkt value: 4m. Probably a fair estimate as most Championship defenders won't earn more than this sort of fee.
Transfermarkt value: 3m. Has had a strong loan spell with the Owls and is coming into his prime. Could probably do with a move away from Chelsea.
Transfermarkt value: 2.5m. Hasn't featured much for Wednesday so this might be a bit of an inflated value based on the fact he joined for 2m in 2017.
Transfermarkt value: 200k. Baker has broken into the first team this season with 12 appearances so far and his value will only rise with more minutes on the pitch.
Transfermarkt value: 1m. Pudil's stock has fallen in recent seasons, so a six-figure fee is optimistic considering he is out of contract at the end of the campaign.
Transfermarkt fee: 750k. Fox is still only 25 and despite a mixed spell at Hillsborough, would probably not sell for any more than what Wednesday payed for him.
Transfermarkt fee: 250k. Probably another case of youth and potential being undervalued by the market tracking website as Thorniley has played 18 matches for the Owls this season.
Transfermarkt fee: 200k. Broke into the first team this season but has fallen out of favour again now Jos Luhukay has gone. His value will surely only rise.
Transfermarkt fee: 500k. As a first team regular it's possible that Palmer is worth more than the figure quoted, but he's another player out of contract at the end of the season.
Transfermarkt fee: 2m. A fan favourite and regularly one of the Owls' standout players. Injury risk is the only thing that might limited this market valuation.
