The dynamic forward makes his first league start under boss Garry Monk and could be deployed on the left hand side in a 4-4-2 formation.

Forestieri, who has scored one goal in nine appearances this season, is one of four changes. Captain Tom Lees, Sam Hutchinson and Atdhe Nuhiu have also been recalled. Nuhiu looks set to partner six-goal top-scorer Steven Fletcher in attack.
