Made an excellent first half save to deny Forests Joe Lolley from close range. Met every test in the second half with ease and was back to his best with some excellent goal kicks.
A quieter match than recent appearances for Palmer as he returned to right-back. Showed good strength on occasion to keep Forest off the ball and launch Matias on the wing.
Defensively strong until his pass to Hector was cut out in a dangerous position - luckily Wednesday were not punished. Put in a vital black in the second half to deny Forest.

Picked up an early yellow card but contained the Forest offensive unit and sprayed a few trademark long range passes for Joao and Fletcher to run on to.
Had the measure of Lolley for most of the first half and sent a few good crosses into the box as he started in the back line in place of the injured Dominic Iorfa. Not troubled in the second half as the defence stayed strong.
Stepped up at the heart of the midfield in the absence of Bannan and Hutchinson. Wednesdays best player in the first 45 as he drove forward with the ball and stroked passes left and right onto the wings.
Another strong game from Boyd as he linked up well with Fox on the left and did the groundwork for some of Wednesdays attacks by winning the ball and holding it up. Hit a sweet strike to score the Owls second of the night.
The Owls more defensively minded player in the midfield - managed to break up play well enough in the first player. Stopped Forest from playing through the middle as
Delivered a few tempting crosses to create chances and linked up well with Reach. Scored a fantastic goal with Steele off his line and then nicked in to tap home Wednesdays third.
Was on the receiving end of a few strong tackles in the first half but battled on and worked hard as ever. Led the line and tracked back and win the ball before being substituted for Gary Hooper.
Looked a bit off the pace in the first half as he started in his first match back since returning from injury. Grew into the game and headed on into the path of Boyd to provide the second, before flicking it through to Matias for the third.
A 61st minute sub for Steven Fletcher. Didnt get the service he wanted until Nuhiu came on to act as the target man, then linked up well but Wednesday already had things wrapped up.
A 77th minute sub for Lucas Joao. The target man in the absence of Fletcher, caused problems in the air as always.
A late sub for double scorer Matias, getting a first run out since returning from injury. Played on the left wing, tracked back and worked hard to protect Wednesdays clean sheet.
