Owls star goes out on loan
OWLS midfielder youngster Sean McAllister is to join Mansfield Town on loan for a month.
He is expected to be in the Stags squad at Peterborough on Sunday as the emergency loan market opens.
The transfer rules bar clubs from completing deals of any kind for a week after last week's closure of the August transfer window - but after that it is possible to do short-term loan transfers.
McAllister, aged 20, signed a new one-year contract with the Owls in the summer but was not expected to figure in the first team yet and is going to Field Mill for some regular League football.
