Here's a look at the 20 English clubs who have been relegated and promoted the most often in their history..

Top of the list for the most yo-yoing in the Football League, the Magpies have been promoted 13 times and relegated on 16 occasions.
Joint top of the yo-yo table is Grimsby, who also have 29 combined promotion and relegations having gone up 13 and down 16 times.

The Blues have a balanced record of 12 promotions and a dozen relegations.
The Premier League winners haven't always been in the top tier - they've been promoted and relegated 11 times each way, so have yo-yoed 22 times in total.
City are a footballing powerhouse now but they've faced their fair share of ups and downs - 21 in total (11 promotions, 10 relegations).
Another side with a tally of 21, Millwall have been promoted 11 times and relegated 10.
Bolton have been relegated 11 times and promoted nine, bringing their total to a round 20.
They're pushing for promotion this year and the Baggies have a yo-yoed a total of 18 times so far - 9 times down and 9 up.
Another member of the 18 club - Barnsley have been promoted and relegated an even number of nine times each way.
Plymouth have a matching number of nine promotions and nine relegations in their history.
The Owls have gone up and down 18 times - nine each way.
The Potters have ten relegations to their eight promotions in their history.
The Black Cats have a total of 17 promotions and relegations in their history - nine up and eight down.
The Royals have been promoted nine times and have been relegated on eight occasions.
Boro are in the race to reach the Premier League again this season - they've been promoted nine times before and gone down on eight occasions.
Portsmouth have been relegated six times and have achieved nine promotions.
The Premier League outfit have yo-yoed 15 times - they've gone up nine times and been relegated six.
Another member of the 15 club, Derby have had eight relegations and have been promoted seven times.
The Blades could go up this season and add to their tally of seven promotions. they've also been relegated seven times.
Palace have seven promotions and six relegations over the years.
