Harsh in the extreme. There have been some marvellous moments with Sheffield Wednesday this season. They have won matches few expected them to and they have achieved a steady placing in the table few would have thought possible a few months ago. The season remains there for the taking and given the madness that lies down at S6, who would bet against them doing it all over again?
But defeat at Burnley was another one the felt harsh. It was another one that Wednesday did so well in and it was another one that saw them slapped aside by some killer quality.
Here are our ratings. Apologies for the grumpiness. Have a good weekend.

9. Josh Windass - 6
Involved in plenty in that first push. One shot blocked early doors. Touch seemed a little off in moments and he saw a great chance deflected over. | UGC

10. Michael Smith - 6
Back in the starting berth and got about, went about things against the ball with a sense of urgency. Won loads of headers. An agent of effort. Off with half an hour to go. | UGC

11. Djeidi Gassama - 7
All twists and turns and nice little moments. He's a young man with a capability to break ankles with a stepover. Bright and bolshy. Booked for a dive. | UGC

12. Gabriel Otegbayo - 5
On at the break as Wednesday switched things up to protect Johnson. Had some nice moments. Also had a horror moment, failing to track his man for Burnley's third. It happens. He's young. | UGC
