'Goodbye Fernando': Sheffield Wednesday fans react to shock team news against Nottingham Forest

Garry Monk has made several changes from that 5-0 hammering against Brentford last time out in March before the Championship campaign was halted.

The most notable ones include Joe Wildsmith starting in goal ahead of Cameron Dawson and a rare start up front for Jordan Rhodes.

Steven Fletcher only makes the bench after recovering from a slight injury last week and Adam Reach is back in a matchday squad after a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Interstingly, there is no place in the squad for Fernando Forestieri or Atdhe Nuhiu who are both out of contract at the end of this month.

There are also appears to be a change in formation with Wednesday set to play a 3-5-2 of: Wildsmith; Palmer, Iorfa, Borner; Murphy, Luongo, Lee, Bannan, Harris; Rhodes, Wickham. Subs: Dawson, Odubajo, Lees, Fox, Pelupessy, Da Cruz, Hunt, Reach, Fletcher.
