Moses Odubajo, Adam Reach and Massimo Luongo have all been missing in recent weeks through various injuries but Monk is hopeful that his squad is about to be boosted by their availability.

Wednesday take on Manchester City in the FA Cup on Wednesday night and the likelihood is the trio won’t be available for that eagerly-anticipated match against the Premier League champions.

However, a return to action appears to be imminent.
