Rams boss Phillip Cocu will be without long-term absentees Ikechi Anya (calf) and Krystian Bielik (knee), while former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Tom Huddlestone is still sidelined with a hamstring injury.

The Rams will also be missing American midfielder Duane Holmes, who suffered an ankle injury against his former club Huddersfield Town earlier this month.

Holmes has been an instrumental figure in Cocu’s side this season and is widely tipped to be in the running for the club’s player of the year crown.

"In this period it is more about rest and hopefully when he starts training again, then the issue has gone and he can progress fast but we still have to wait and see," said Cocu.

On the plus side, George Evans – who can play in midfield or defence - is back in contention after returning from a calf injury.
