Day six update: Sheffield Wednesday continue despite change in EFL suspension date
Life goes on at Sheffield Wednesday despite the ongoing coronavirus outbreak despite the FA ruling that the suspension of action in the football league will continue until April 30 at the earliest.

No players or staff at the club have reported symptoms of the illness and The Star understands Garry Monk again took training with a full squad of players at their Middlewood Road training base on Thursday. The players are not believed to have been individually tested for Covid-19, however, which is not unusual in clubs up and down the Football League.
The new resumption date for professional football would see Wednesday next take on Middlesbrough at Hillsborough in what have been the final match of the season.
That date is a best case sceanrio and leaves eight league matches to be rearranged as the EFL attempt to follow through in their mission to complete the season.
