It’s very much a case of ‘what if’ with his selection to face the Millers, with Dominic Iorfa and Izzy Brown both pretty much walking into the side if they’re ready and available, and a return for Tom Lees wouldn’t be bad either. The club say that there’s a chance for all of them, but only time will tell. So here’s what I’ve gone with...
5. RWB - Moses Odubajo
I'm not sure the RCB role is suited to Odubajo, although appreciate that his pace can come in handy in that department. Truly think his best position is as a right wingback, and have been impressed with his performances when he's played there this season. Photo: Steve Ellis
6. CM - Joey Pelupessy
Thought he did ok against Luton to be honest, even if he didn't tear up any trees. Can do the midfield dirty work as replacement for Luongo, who - if fit - would be starting as the defensive centre midfielder in every game this season for me. Photo: Steve Ellis
7. CM - Barry Bannan
The captain starts, again. And he has to, to be honest. He's the only real creative in the Wednesday midfield and is required to make the team tick. He needs a big performance against Rotherham on the back of two defeats at Hillsborough. Photo: Steve Ellis
8. AM - Josh Windass
I think I'd go for Windass in the attacking midfield role ahead of Pelupessy and Bannan, but only if Brown isn't fit. If Brown is, then I reckon he heads straight back into this role behind the strikers with Windass possibly taking over from Marriott alongside Paterson. A very willing runner and could cause problems for the Millers. Photo: Steve Ellis
