Garry Monk’s side will head to the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium later this month following last night’s draw, carried out by former footballer-turned TV pundit Alex Scott and ex-Leeds United and Aston Villa manager David O’Leary.

The tie will be played between Friday 24 and Monday January 27.

Here’s what Owls supporters have had to say about the draw on Twitter.

@brusseldixon Not the glamour tie we wanted, but winnable and a great chance to progress to 5th round. Would love a cup run.

@loulu28 Been waiting all day for that - what a let down.

@djsantero Classic Wednesday.

@howeybaby Literally the worst possible draw!!

@JessicaKeeney5 Birthday weekend ruined

@Craigsmith0908 Another London game. That’ll do for me. Just hope it stays on a Saturday now.

@fife_owl Not what we were hoping for.

@OldfieldTomas Worst draw of all time.

@quidagoal So, we've got QPR in the next round of the cup. One thing's for sure, it's a winnable tie. Attentions switch to the big game at the weekend now.

@added_on_time Nothing like an underwhelming cup draw. Would absolutely love a massive evening kick off at Hillsborough against one of the big boys like Liverpool or Man City or even Man United. Still in it though. QPR away for The Owls.

@PeterNaldrett Looking forward to a trip to QPR! #swfc #FACup #FACupDraw

@NeilParkLIVE Could we have got a more exciting game?? Zzzzz #swfc #FACup

@tollers82 To be fair I bet #qpr aren’t too happy about drawing us either #swfc #meh

@hank04324803 @QPR away in the next round totally don’t effect me at all, wouldn’t go if it was free in and free ale #swfc

@paulwoolfson Not the worst #FACup tie for #swfc. QPR hasn't been a happy hunting ground in recent seasons but it's winnable game.

@BigAl_simon Just about the worst draw possible #swfc

@GrundyOllie QPR away is the most Wednesday cup draw ever. #swfc

@JohnHiley Away at QPR. The magic of the cup!
