The Championship season is back and Sheffield Wednesday can waste no time in getting themselves going, starting with a 12-point deficit that has thrown them head-first into a relegation scrap before a ball has been kicked.
9. CM - Izzy Brown
Made his debut at Walsall in a slightly foreign position and though he had little moments playing on the turn, I'm sure I'm not the only one looking forward to watching him play with the game in front of him. If he fires with Bannan Sheffield Wednesday will get lots of chances. Photo: Steve Ellis
10. ST - Josh Windass
Tuck him in just behind the front man and lets see him pick up little pockets of space in between the lines as he did to such good effect at times in his loan spell last season. Offers a goal threat running from deep and movement that can open things up for Bannan and Brown. Photo: Steve Ellis
11. ST - Elias Kachunga
Get him in. Why not? The obvious alternative is Jordan Rhodes and I'd have no problem with giving him another go at getting going, but Kachunga offers a physicality that should be better suited to battling the Cardiff backline. A winner on debut and life looks rosy. Photo: via swfc.co.uk
