This summer’s transfer window is set to be a fascinating one across the UK. Managers, players, fans and clubs unsure what to expect, and that includes Sheffield Wednesday. The knock-on effects will likely be felt both sides of the border with budgets expected to be much tighter. While Scottish clubs could see selling players to England as a way of bringing in income during such a difficult period financially, conversely English clubs may see Scotland as a market where they are able to recruit gems without breaking the bank.
