Wolves v Sheffield United

and despite a decent start to this game when they created three good chances, the Blades trail at the break to Podence’s gift of a goal after Robinson gave the ball away poorly - the Blades thought they had equalised when Sharp poked home, only for the referee to disallow it for a apparent high foot.

One minute added on

at the end of the first half

Sharp had the ball in the net

after a bit of pinball in the Wolves box from a corner, but the referee rules it out - presumably for a high foot as the United skipper hooked the ball home? He’s not happy but the decision stands and it remains 1-0 to the hosts

to clear as McGoldrick threatened to break free, it was him who gave the ball away in the first place but he recovered well to concede the corner... from which United bundle the ball home, but it’s disallowed!

Neves shoots just over

with the crowd baying him to have a go from distance, he does just that but it flies over Foderingham’s goal, Wolves were appealing for a penalty moments earlier as Norrington-Davies challenged Traore but it was fair and clean

after a good spell of Wolves play saw them threaten a second - first Traore cut inside Robinson before seeing his shot blocked, then Podence had a go before Semedo got in behind and Basham was forced to head over his own crossbar

Good challenge from Gordon

to win the ball from Silva, after he’d got in a spot of bother with his initial header - but he got out of it well enough against the £35m man

as Silva plays a nice give and go and looks to loft over Foderingham but it goes just wide. Robinson was playing him onside. Given as a corner - and from it Ait-Nouri fires just wide of United’s goal

A let off for Robinson

as he gives the ball away again to Silva, who slips in Traore but the big man can’t get his effort on target - Robinson, to give him some credit, did recover to put Traore off as he looked to finish but it was another poor pass

and almost sees it come off as a pinged ball from Foderingham skips through, he gambles on Marcal - who he’s had a running battle with throughout this game so far - missing it and it almost pays off, but the Wolves man gets just enough on it to cut out the chance
