Sharp made the admission after coming off the bench to head United's winner against Reading last night, which went to extra time.

Wednesday take on the reigning Premier League champions at Hillsborough tonight hoping to join their local rivals in the last eight.

And Sharp, when asked who he's hoping to draw in the next round, admitted: "Hopefully Wednesday beat City and we can get them!"

“There are some big teams still in it," the Blades skipper added.

"But we fancy our chances against anyone. In the Premier League, whoever we have come up against we have given them a game. We believe we can do a job and get a win against anyone.”
