Where Sheffield United are predicted to finish in the Championship, compared to Swansea, Nottingham Forest and West Brom (but not Derby County...)

After Blackpool’s play-off final win over Lincoln City, the 2021/22 Championship is now fully formed and Sheffield United fans can (hopefully) begin planning their away trips for the forthcoming campaign.

United were relegated to the Championship last season, along with Fulham and West Bromwich Albion, while Blackpool joined Hull City and Peterborough United in winning promotion from League One.

The Championship looks as strong and brutal as ever – but where are each second-tier club predicted to finish next season?

Based on Championship sponsor SkyBet’s odds for 2021/22 Championship promotion, Danny Hall runs through where the odds compilers are predicting each team to finish in reverse order.

Curiously SkyBet have not, at the time of writing, offered a price on Derby County to win promotion in 2021/22, so the other 23 clubs’ predicted chances have been included, from bottom to top.

The fixtures for the new season are being unveiled at 9am on Wednesday, June 16.
