Sheffield United signed off an up-and-down season on home soil in negative fashion as they lost twice at Bramall Lane in the space of four days. The Blades were beaten 3-1 by Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday, and then 3-2 by their Lancashire rivals Preston North End.
It saw United’s staff and players undergo their post-match lap of appreciation on something of a sour note, with most fans already leaving the Lane in frustration at an underwhelming season - to say the very best.
As ever our photographers were on hand to capture some brilliant snaps of Unitedites cheering on their side from the stands - can you spot anyone you know in our final home fan gallery of the season, or maybe even yourself?
