Sheffield United fans were able to revel in probably their side’s most dominant display of the season on New Year’s Day as they hammered Leicester City to kickstart 2026 in fine fashion. The final scoreline of 3-1 did not reflect United’s control over the game, albeit against a very poor Foxes opposition.
Goals from Japhet Tanganga, Tom Cannon and Callum O’Hare set United on their way before Jordan James scored an injury-time consolation for the Foxes. It was a breathtaking start to what United hope could still be a memorable year, against a backdrop of a raucous Bramall Lane atmosphere.
As ever our photographers were on hand to capture some great snaps of Unitedites cheering on their side - can you spot anyone you recognise in our latest fan gallery?
