Sheffield United's John Egan reveals one area of his game to improve & names Blades man FPL managers must sign
Sheffield United defender John Egan has revealed the key area where he's looking to improve his game, and told Fantasy Premier League players which Blades star they should sign for their team.
Speaking to the FPL's official website, the Republic of Ireland international was asked whether players of the highly popular game should include him in their squad.
Egan contended: "If I can start scoring a few goals, then maybe. The last few years I've been good for a goal every now and again, and last year I missed a few chances, but I need to add that to my game and get some goals."
While he may have failed to bag his first Premier League goal in his 16 top tier outings so far this season, the former Sunderland man has been in exceptional form at the back for United, who boast the best defensive record in the division.
When asked which Blades man FPL players should sign, the 27-year-old said: "I think Lys Mousset, he's banging them in now. I think he's on a hot streak, you should get him in there."
Mousset has been by far the most consistent forward for United this season, and bagged four goals and three assists in just six games earlier in the campaign. Recent reports have suggested that the Blades will look to find him a reliable strike partner in January, and could pursue a move for Brentford’s £25 million-rated attacker Ollie Watkins.
