Following good feedback from their earlier offerings, including a remark of the yellow and brown 1981 shirt and the much-loved 1997 home jersey, United have returned to the early 1990s for their latest range, paying homage to the purple and teal ‘sash’ away kit worn by Dave Bassett’s Blades in 1993/94.

Modelled by members of United’s U23 and women’s squad, the range includes track jackets, sweatshirts, T-shirt and polos with the iconic Blades ‘shield’ badge and other subtle, classy touches, including sleeve tape or ‘1889’ references elsewhere on the garments.

United have previously re-released the home shirt worn at the same time as the ‘sash’ away shirt, which went down well with supporters. The range is available to buy now, in store at Bramall Lane and Meadowhall and online via United’s webshop.
