After unveiling Richairo Zivkovic as United’s latest new signing - the Dutch centre-forward arrived from Changchun Yatai this morning - United have spent much of the afternoon focusing on trimming their squad with Jake Wright departing, Ravel Morrison holding talks with Middlesbrough and Mark Duffy’s switch to ADO Den Haag expected to be officially confirmed shortly.

Wilder also hopes to find striker Leon Clarke a new club.

Sander Berge, a £22m signing from Genk, former Nottingham Forest defender Jack Robinson and Jack Rodwell, previously of Manchester City and England, joined United before deadline day.
