There were heady days for Sheffield United and Chris Wilder in November. Victory in front of the Sky Sports cameras during the month took them top of the table.
It wasn't the first time they had reached the summit of the Championship table. But it would be the last.
Even still the past campaign can be looked upon as a positive one.
After six seasons languishing in League One, a 10th place finish can be seen as a massive step forward.
A sticky patch of form over the last 10 games prevented the Blades from prolonging their season into the play-offs.
Yet, in Chris Wilder United have one of the best and most canny managers in the Football League, plus excellent young talent and players who have proved they belong in the Championship at least.
The season did end on a slightly sour note with the continued speculation over Wilder's future.
But if it can be smoothed over, the Blades have a strong platform to build on going into next season.
