Sheffield United pair Louis Reed and Harry Chapman, Rotherham United's Izzy Brown and Dael Fry and Barnsley's on-loan forward Adam Armstrong are off to South Korea after receiving call-ups to the England under 20 squad.
The Young Lions take part in the Continental Cup, a three-match round-robin competition, next week where they will face Nigeria on Thursday, the home nation on Friday and Iran on Saturday.
Argentina were due to take part but pulled out, with Iran taking their place.
Former Blade Dominic Calvert-Lewin, now at Everton, is also in the squad.
Reed, Chapman, Armstrong, Fry and Brown were all included in the last squad, in which England registered a clean sweep of victories over the USA, Holland and Germany.
