Sheffield United regular 'could have played last game' for Blades - gossip
The festive period is always a busy one for Premier League sides, and this year has been no different.
Sheffield United lost to Everton on Boxing Day to continue their poor start to the Premier League, but are in action again on Tuesday as they face-off against relegation-threatened Burnley in a game that could prove to be a six-pointer.
Once that game is out of the way, Chris Wilder’s men have a clear run through to the new year, and the opening of the transfer market.

Leicester City have opened talks with Wycombe Wanderers over the potential sale of Josh Knight. The defender is currently on loan with the Championship side, but they wish to make his move permanent in the coming weeks. (Football Insider)
Leeds United striker Rafa Mujica could return to Elland Road next month after an underwhelming loan spell with Spanish second tier side Extremadura. The striker has seen just 50 minutes of action this term. (AS)
