United striker set to leave - reports

Sheffield United striker David Parkhouse is reportedly close to signing for League of Ireland Premier Division side Derry City.

Our sister title, the Derry Journal, is reporting that the Candy Stripes and United are in advanced talks over the Northern Ireland U21 international leaving Bramall Lane on a free transfer. 

Parkhouse has just completed a  loan spell at National League Hartlepool United and remains under contract with the Blades until the end of the 2022 season at least.
