Sheffield United man handed fresh injury concern as fans’ Romelle Donovan hopes dashed v Derby County
Sheffield United have been handed a fresh injury concern ahead of this afternoon’s clash with Derby County after Ryan One suffered a recurrance of the hamstring injury that delayed the start of his season. The forward has only just returned from the issue.
But he suffered a setback in training this week and was therefore absent from the teamsheet against the Rams. Chris Wilder will be quizzed about the extent of the injury after the game.
It, though, is an understandable concern at a time when One was looking to kick on from last season’s successful loan spell at Lincoln City. He returned to Bramall Lane looking to kick on but has not yet managed to do so.
Elsewhere Romelle Donovan starts on the bench again, amid a growing fan clamour for him to start, but Femi Seriki returns to the squad after injury.
Former Blade Rhian Brewster starts for Derby while Jack Robinson is on the away bench.
