Derby County duo Jayden Bogle and Max Lowe are both being lined-up for moves to South Yorkshire as United look to bolster their options at wing-back while West Bromwich Albion centre-forward Oliver Burke could be set to join them at Bramall Lane, with Callum Robinson likely to head in the opposite direction.

Liverpool youngster Rhian Brewster is also wanted by Wilder, who first made an approach for the England under-21 international during United’s recent training camp in Scotland. Although a proposal was submitted to sign Brewster on a permanent basis, the reigning Premier League champions are more interested in allowing him to depart on loan. However Newcastle are also known to be interested in acquiring Brewster’s services.
