Eastwood has spent most of his career at Bramall Lane out on loan, finishing last term on loan at Grimsby Town after a move to Kilmarmock was wrecked by injury.

With Aaron Ramsdale recently being summoned into England’s squad for the European Championships, Eastwood’s chance to catch Jokanivic’s eye could come sooner than expected with his team mate set to be granted an extended period of absence this summer due to his involvement in the tournament.
That means Wes Foderingham, Ramsdale’s main deputy, is likely to start their opening warm-up fixtures with Eastwood his main back-up on the bench.
Paul Hurst, the Town manager, confirmed last month that his plan to extend Eastwood’s stay in north Lincolnshire appeared to have been thwarted by the player’s “new role” at United.
Moore was allowed to leave South Yorkshire earlier this month, when his deal expired. Moore won promotion from both League One and the Championship during his time with the club.
