Sheffield United Fixtures IN FULL: Leeds United clash likely to be played behind closed doors - Liverpool, Manchester City dates revealed

Sheffield United will face Wolves on the opening day of the 2020/21 Premier League season.

United host Nuno’s men at Bramall Lane for the curtain-raiser on September 14, and also conclude their Premier League season at home against Burnley on May 23, 2021.

The Blades don’t have long to wait for a Yorkshire derby against Leeds United, as Marcelo Bielsa’s side travel to Bramall Lane on September 26.

The return leg, at Elland Road, is scheduled for April 3, 2021, although the date may be moved if the game is selected for TV coverage.

The Blades are once again at home on Boxing Day, to Everton, and travel to Crystal Palace on January 2nd.

Their away games against Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City fall on October 24, January 26 and January 30 respectively.

Those sides travel to Bramall Lane on February 27, December 15 and October 31 respectively.

The Premier League has agreed with its UK broadcast partners to increase the number of matches shown live from 200 to 220 for the 2020/21 season only. Of the additional live matches, 12 will be shown on Sky Sports, six on BT Sport and two on Amazon Prime Video.

The season will begin behind closed doors, with no fans allowed to attend – meaning the Leeds clash at Bramall Lane is likely to be played in front of an empty stadium.
