Sheffield United confirm date and kick-off time for FA Cup match with AFC Fylde

Sheffield United’s FA Cup third round tie with AFC Fylde has been set for a rather unusual time.

Sheffield United will take on AFC Fylde at Bramall Lane on January 5 in the FA Cup third round

The match has been penciled in for Sunday, January 5 at Bramall Lane with a 2.01 kick off.

The timing is part of the 'Take a Minute' campaign to encourage fans to think about looking after their mental health.

All 32 FA Cup third round ties will take part in the initiative.

A statement read: “It is hoped that the initiative will raise awareness of the importance of looking after our mental health, with 60 seconds representing just the first step in the journey to improved wellbeing.

“Fans will be encouraged to consider the positive impact 60 seconds can have on their own wellbeing or in supporting a friend or family member.”

Only the South Stand and John Street Family stand will be open.

Tickets are priced £15 Adults, £10 Concessions (60+, NUS, 18-21), and £5 Juniors (U18).
