Revealed! The Premier League clubs most likely to do business on deadline day - and how Sheffield Utd compare

Transfer deadline day is always a hectic time in the Premier League, and today promises to be no different.

With the deadline fast approaching, and with no opportunity to reinforce their squads before the end of the season, top flight managers are looking to push through any last bit of business they can in the final few hours.

For Sheffield United, the chances are that it will be a fairly quiet day.

Blades boss Chris Wilder has kept tight-lipped about his side’s chances of signing anybody over the past few days, but with Jesse Lingard moving to West Ham and reported defensive target Ben Davies looking as if he could be off to Liverpool, of all places, United could be running out of viable transfer options.

But historically, how have the Blades fared on deadline day?FreeSuperTips have evaluated which top flight clubs have a greater tendency to conduct their business on the final day of the window by compiling data comparing their number of last minute deals to their total number of January acquisitions.
