Blades v Rovers LIVE

for the second half, no changes for either side at the break

and another goalless first half for the Blades this season as they go in level at the break - thought Berge was brilliant in that half, driving forward from the right, and United had the better chances for my money but Kaminski has made a couple of decent saves. Foderingham at the other end untroubled as ever

Half-time player ratings

Foderingham 5

Baldock 6

Goode 6

Egan 5.5

Robinson 6

Norrington-Davies 6

Norwood 6

Fleck 6

Berge 8

MGW 5

Sharp 5

on the volley after a spell of possession from the visitors but he puts it high over, as the board goes up indicating one minute of added time

as van Hecke and his goalkeeper suffer a breakdown in communication and he heads behind, Norwood to take it and Goode gets a head on it at the back stick - but he can’t get it on target

Brilliant run from Berge

down the left sees him beat a couple of defenders and drive into the box, his smashed cross is deflected twice but lands in Kaminski’s grateful arms

with a well-struck free-kick after Norwood was adjudged to have fouled Gallagher - I’m not sure it was as close as the Rovers fans thought, judging by their reaction, but it wasn’t a bad effort

for a clumsy challenge on Gallagher as Rovers looked to break following RND’s loose pass

Berge gets on his bike

to ghost past his mark and bear down on the Blackburn defence, in the end Rothwell has to trip him from behind and picks up a deserved yellow card

Buckley shoots wide

for the visitors after Egan was robbed in possession and Rovers looked to break quickly, it’s hit well but wide of Foderingham’s goal

as Berge’s brilliant deep cross takes out the defender and finds the head of Sharp, he somehow plants it wide of Rovers’ goal - maybe he’ll say he was slightly off balance but you’d back him to take that sort of chance more often than not. Superb cross, by the way
