A glutton for punishment, here's how I think the games will pan out for The Star's six sides this weekend.

Leeds United v Sheffield Wednesday

Always one of the games to look forward to, this is no exception. Leeds have drawn all of their games so far and have looked decent for much of them, while the Owls have been up and down thus far, with Wednesday's draw with Reading a particularly bad display. Could be a good game to get back on track for Carlos Carvalhal following the high of the opening day win, but I think another draw is on the cards. Prediction: Leeds United 1 Sheffield Wednesday 1

QPR v Rotherham

It's all going to pot for the Millers after an encouraging pre-season, but at least they got a point in the bag against Preston in midweek. They could do with a win quickly, before they become stuck in the mire, but QPR isn;t the place to be going when you're looking for that. Another week at least to wait for a win for Steve Evans' men. Prediction: QPR 2 Rotherham 0

Sheffield United v Blackpool

Can that opening day defeat be scrubbed from the memory now? Since then, the Blades have slowly but very surely worked their way through the gears, with a 3-1 win away to Peterborough on Tuesday particularly impressive. Just like off the pitch, no one really knows what's going to happen on it, from a Pool perspective but I can't see them heading back to the coast with much to cheer about. Prediction: Sheffield United 2 Blackpool 1

Barnsley v Bradford

There's nothing like a late winner to boost morale and Lewin Nyatanga's goal against Millwall on Tuesday will have the Reds buzzing for the home Yorkshire derby. Bradford are rock-bottom with one point from nine but they appear better than than and you'd expect their form to pick up soon. Not this week though, Prediction: Barnsley 1 Bradford 0

Port Vale v Doncaster Rovers

Another team who provided much to be positive about in pre-season but have yet to get going, but at least Rovers haven't lost yet. By all accounts the midweek draw with Southend was a stinker and their next challenge comes against a Vale team who have the same record...three games, three draws. I think this'll be four from four. Prediction: Port Vale 1 Doncaster Rovers 1

Chesterfield v Rochdale

Of course it's early days but once again the Spireites are bashing the critics, with a good start to the season so far coming after some felt they'd struggle having lost many of their key men. Rochdale have had the same start and this one points to a draw, with Saunders side buoyed by the new contracts for Ollie Banks and Jay O'Shea. Prediction: Chesterfield 1 Rochdale 1
