Writing his weekly predictions column for BBC Sport, pundit Mark Lawrenson backed the Blues to continue their winning streak, and tipped them to beat the Blades 2-0.

Justifying his prediction, this ex-footballer claimed: "Sheffield United just can't score goals. Since beating Chelsea 3-0 in July, they have only managed four in 10 league games - and two of those were penalties.

“They have picked up only one point in that spell, when their performances haven't actually been that bad - so it is obvious where their problems lie.”

Lawro continued: "In contrast, Chelsea have scored 10 goals in their past three games and have not conceded in any of their past five.

"That is all very impressive, but I am still not wholly convinced. They should win on Saturday, but I am waiting for them to crack again."

Meanwhile, Lawro's opponent for the week, singer-songwriter Amy MacDonald, opted for a 3-0 Chelsea win.

The last time the two sides met, back in July, a sensational performance from Chris Wilder's side saw them blow away the Blues and claim a famous 3-0 win, thanks to a two goals from David McGoldrick and one from Oli McBurnie.

A victory for the Blades tomorrow evening could see them creep out of the relegation zone, while Chelsea will be hoping to push on towards the table's summit with three points at the Bridge.
