The England forward was withdrawn late in the Red Devils' 3-2 win over Liverpool in the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon, after scoring his side's second goal against the reigning Premier League champions.

Rashford scored a brace in his side's 3-2 win at Bramall Lane last month.

"Let's hope so," manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær said when asked if Rashford was okay.

"His knee was bothering him. So he'll have a scan and we'll see where we are.

"Marcus has played a little bit up front, down the right and down the left. We felt if we could switch the ball early today to either side, we could attack them, because Liverpool defend on the front foot and you've got to be quick on the ball. I thought we did that well."
