The Blades fell behind to a Gerard Deulofeu effort in the 27th minute before Ollie Norwood levelled from the spot for Chris Wilder’s men in the 36th minute.

Here’s what you’ve had to say after the first 45 minutes.

@tomwild547 We’ve been in 2nd gear first half. But what I will say is Watford wont be bottom 3 come may

@KnucklePuck93 Glad to go in drawing but everything just seems a bit flat? Hopefully a better second half and we can snatch a win. COYRAWW #sufc #twitterblades

@FletchRadio Delayed kick off. VAR & 5 mins added time. Just what you want on Boxing Day! Exactly the sort of game I thought it would be so far. Keep going blades #sufc

keithwall1955 #twitterblades Time for a big talk from CW. Very very quiet today. Too much Christmas pudding. Let’s roar the boys on in 2nd half.

@mdb1980sufc Under par first half but still go in at half time, deservedly level. Just need to cut out the sloppy passes and get a proper foothold in the game. We have got another couple of gears to go through yet. Fingers crossed!!

@FPL_Blade Not best game in world. McBurnie made Foster made two great saves earlier on, poor defending for their goal. Lundstram has his worst game of the season by a mile and will be lucky to make 60mins if he continues to play like this in start of 2nd half. Mousset will be on shortly
