Recent impressive performances by 20-year-old Bogle in the right wing-back role meant that Baldock had to settle for a place on the bench last week in the defeat to Tottenham, despite the latter having recovered from a minor injury.

Bogle added: "George is a fantastic player and has been brilliant with me. I've learnt a few things off him. He's had a lot of experience and we work together. We wish the best for whoever's playing and will continue that going forward.”
