Striker Lys Mousset, who hobbled off in the 3-0 defeat at Old Trafford on Wednesday, is on the bench.

Here’s how United fans have reacted to Wilder’s team selection:

@Justy1Rice I can fully see what Wilder is doing here. As strong as we can be to try and get some rhythm back and a positive result. Come on Blades #sufc #twitterblades

@Ben_Rutherford9 Guessing wanting to make sure JOC is 100 per cent fit for league?

@LukeSufc_Would have liked to see Osborn

@R0MYSH That's a first team squad. I like to see that we put the FA Cup ahead of the league!

@sufcJoe_9 No pace at all

@IamSKVlogsYT Should be interesting, two strikers that want to play in the hole . . .

@DaffinPaul No pace up front again

@KieranBatham I believe O’Connell is badly injured. I remember Wilder doing it earlier in season with Didzy, saying he has a chance and he said that for about seven games

@harleyatkins9 No Mousset, no party

@calcutler No O’Connell. I reckon he’s out for the season. Wilder trying to play mind games with people
