Depression for Daniel

Have your say

Sheffield United’s Daniel Bogdanovich’s difficult season featured more disappointment on Saturday.

The relegated club’s forward was substituted after an hour for Malta, as they nosedived 3-1 against Greece in the Euro 2012 qualifiers in Piraeus.

Bogdanovich played as right winger for 60 minutes before being hauled off in favour of Andrew Cohen.

Michael Mifsud, who played 15 games for Barnsley, on loan, had a goal disallowed for Malta.
