United are looking to build on their midweek win over West Brom and will hope to exact some revenge on Chelsea after their 4-1 victory over the Blades at Stamford Bridge.
Oli McBurnie, Kean Bryan, Max Lowe and Oli Burke all come in for the Blades.
Meanwhile Chelsea have made three changes of their own, with Andreas Christensen, Ben Chilwell and Olivier Giroud coming into the side. Christensen replaces the injured Thiago Silva, Marcos Alonso makes way for Chilwell and Giroud leads the line with Callum Hudson-Odoi on the bench.
