Chris Wilder explains why he chose his Sheffield United side to face Chelsea

Chris Wilder says Thomas Tuchel's presence in the away dugout at Bramall Lane has not affected Sheffield United's preparations for tonight's clash with Chelsea.

Tuchel is still putting his stamp on the Blues after succeeding Frank Lampard at Stamford Bridge. The former Derby County manager was sacked recently after some underpar performances of late.

And Wilder, who made four changes to his side to face Chelsea with Kean Bryan, Max Lowe, Oli McBurnie and Oli Burke coming in for George Baldock, Ethan Ampadu, David McGoldrick and Billy Sharp, said: "A couple of the old boys can't go again, even though they'll say that they can! We picked a team to try and do a job on a fabulous football side.

"Everyone knows what everyone else is doing. I think sometimes the role of a manager is overplayed. It's what players are about, what's underneath the shirt and what ability they have."
