Birmingham City v Sheffield United LIVE

as RND’s cross takes a nick on its way behind - Norwood goes over to take and it goes deep, Etheridge comes out to punch it away

Chance for the Blades

as the cross comes in, Sharp heads it back across goal and Ndiaye seems to lose it in the flight, he can’t get it under control and RND’s cross comes back off the bar, but the flag was already up indicating the ball was out of play

to nick the ball away from the onrushing Bacuna after a scuffed cross from the left almost landed in his path

from the right almost gets through to Ndiaye in the middle, it takes a nick off Roberts and the Blues scramble it clear

at the back post but can’t catch it well enough and it goes well, well wide

How is that not a penalty?

Ndiaye looks to shoot but appears to be clipped from behind by Mengi, ref Stroud has a good look at it but then waves play on - looked a cert from our position but nothing doing down on the field

Pedersen gets his head

to a free-kick from the Brum right, but he can’t get a good enough connection on it and it falls safely in front of Foderingham

Great ball from Egan

finds the run of Bogle down the right, his man slips over but his touch is too heavy and the chance goes begging

as Roberts deflects Bogle’s cross behind ... Fleck goes over to take and it’s taken again after the whistle goes (the referee’s this time) and the second one is swung in towards Berge, but it’s headed away

and the whistles begin as the home side’s fans begin their protest against the club’s ownership
