The History Lesson: City have won both of their last two meetings with United, beating them both home and away during the 2018/19 season which ended with Chris Wilder’s side gaining promotion from the Championship. But United have triumphed 29 times in total, compared to City’s 16 victories. The last draw between United and City came in 2008.
