Sheffield United: Long stays at the Lane
George Long is staying at Bramall Lane after accepting the club's contract offer.
The goalkeeper, aged 22, asked for more time to consider the proposed deal earlier this week.
But officials at Bramall Lane have this evening confirmed that Long has signed the new agreement.
The former England youth international has made 144 career appearances since graduating from the Steelphalt Academy in 2011.
